I started using this almost daily in November of 2023. I'm currently pregnant and have been having a difficult time sleeping, as well as being sore. I was having to sometimes take melatonin to try and get to sleep. But once I started bathing with this daily, and in combination with the mag oil, I noticed I'm able to fall asleep easier and I'm not waking up with leg cramps as often. I really recommend this product. My husband love using it as well after a long day at work, it's been amazing for our sore bodies.

Flaky has been a product I have used for over a year now. As a girl that works in dentistry my back usually takes a beating. These mag flakes have helped so much and have been my go to for awhile. Helped with back pain and restless legs before bed.
